Meet Our Founder and Chief Executive Officer

LaCrystal Davis

LaCrystal Davis is a proud native of Greensboro (Dudley Heights), NC, a graduate of James Benson Dudley Senior High School (2001), North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (2005) where she earned her Bachelor's in Social Work, and Liberty University (2018) where she earned her Master's in Counseling (Life Coaching Concentration). While a Junior in high school, LaCrystal discovered then that she wanted to make a career in helping young ladies to be successful. During the 2006-2007 school year, LaCrystal became a Student Support Specialist with Communities In Schools of High Point at High Point Central, where she was employed for 14 years. As a Student Support Specialist, LaCrystal assisted students with their Basic Needs, College & Career Prep, and Life Skills, and was a Co-Advisor for a club called Women Having Extraordinary Reasons to Excel and ran a group for young ladies called "Unity of Sisters". LaCrystal is a former leader of the Department of Education at her church, where she taught  courses, workshops, and trained prospective teachers. She has also served on the Fundraiser Committee and Scholarship Committee for The Greensboro Chapter of Dudley Alumni Association. LaCrystal founded The Legacy Foundation to assist in shaping the future legacy of young ladies. She believes that all young ladies, no matter their background, deserve an equal opportunity to achieve in life, be financially positioned to prevent generational cycles of poverty, and have financial means that will allow them to access elusive resources for their future children.
