The Star Program

The Star Program is a yearlong program designed to provide college access activities to college-bound high school senior young women. The goals of the Star Program is that upon graduating high school our students successfully enroll in college and that upon completing the Star Program will transition into our Gold Program. The "Stars" have a college prep consultant that navigates them through: college applications, financial aid, college acceptances, enrollment, college administrative challenges, registering for housing, orientation, submitting health insurance forms, reviewing financial aid, and reviewing their college bill.

Through partnerships and donations, our young women receive school supplies, dorm room items, assistance with college-associated fees, and scholarships, as well as opportunities to participate in social and cultural learning activities.
